Legal Agreement: We will prepare the necessary legal agreement to issue debt instruments and share them with you.

1- Debt Instruments Issuance Regulation Agreement

Special Purpose Entity Establishment Agreement: Bylaws for the Special Purpose Entity to act as the sponsor.

2- Financing Transaction Preparation

At this stage, the deal will be presented through the financial platform to investors for investment.

3- Fundraising

Upon completion of the fundraising, the Special Purpose Entity will purchase the land or goods and sell them to you at a future value agreed upon.

4- Profit-sharing and Guarantees Process

After completing the profit-sharing process, the financing amount will be disbursed according to the agreed-upon timeline, to start funding the project.

5- Disbursement of Financing

As a real estate development company, it is expected from you to provide the latest updates and developments regarding the progress and completion of your project, as well as the financial status.

6- Project Monitoring and Report Preparation

Upon the maturity date, you will repay the original amount along with the interest to the Special Purpose Entity's account through which you received the financing.
